Return policy:
At Mtcfairings we understand and accept returns of products that have already been completed and shipped.We offer free replacements if the product is damaged or defective. If the fairings are in good condition and customers want to return, the items should arrive at Mtcfairings in their original conditions, un-mounted, and free from defects. Shipment arrangement and fees of the returned products to Mtcfairings are completely borne and arranged by the customers. Kindly email us to enquire about our return address. For products that are custom-made or specially customized, we could make free adjustments before shipping, the completed product photos will be sent to customer to confirm before shipping.
Return & Refund Time
For any products that are incorrect, missing, or damaged, a report must be made within 14 working days from the time that you have received the product. Clear photos and descriptions are required for the report. Should you mount the fairing kit, no refunds or returns are allowed at all even if the product has flaws.
Warranties are limited to and through the original purchaser only. No third parties are allowed to claim a refund or return if they are not the ones who purchased the product. Once the item has been returned & delivered back to us,We will proceed the refund in 3 working days.
All warranties and liabilities of the products at Mtcfairings are void and null if any damages are caused by, improper installation, improper usage, modification of the products, and abuse of the product. Mtcfairing reserves all rights to refuse all refunds and returns if evidence of such damages is present.
