Q: Will I receive a notification once the order has been placed?
A: Yes, once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive an email notification which will summarize your order information. The email will be sent from contact@mtcfairings.com
Q: Will I receive an update with regards to my order status?
A: Yes, during the process of your order, you will receive an email that updates the progress and status of your order.
Q: Can I request for a picture of the completed order?
A: Definitely. Once your product is completed, we will send over a picture via email. This is a common practice for all customers.
Q: Why isn’t my parcel showing any movement when I key in the tracking number?
A: If your parcel is not showing any movement when you key in the tracking number, it means that your fairing kit is currently in transition to the destination. Once a tracking number has been given to you, it means the parcel has already been passed on to the logistics company. It takes several days for the parcel to pass the customs. When the parcel has cleared the customs and arrives at your country, the status of your shipment will be updated ASAP. We seek your patience in this.
Q: When will I receive my motorcycle fairings?
A: The production of the fairing kits requires 5 - 6 working days, depending on the complexity of the design. Once the kits are completed and passed to the logistic company, it will take approximately 23-25 working days to be delivered. Please use the tracking number provided to monitor the arrival of your fairing kit.
Q: Can I customize the style of the motorcycle shell?
A: Of course. If you provide us clear sample pictures and describe your designs distinctly, Mtcfairings can customize your motorcycle shell accordingly.
Q: Is it possible for me to order one single part of the motorcycle fairing kit instead of the whole set?
A: Yes, kindly send us your request to contact@mtcfairings.com, and we will process it for you. We aim to achieve any requests if we can achieve it.
Q: Is it possible for me to refund or return a fairing kit if I do not want it anymore?
A: Yes, you can return it. However, the shipping and return fee will be borne by the customers. Please refer to our T&Cs for more information on the refunds and return policy.
Q: What are the items included when I purchase a fairing kit from Mtcfairings?
A: The complete fairing kit comes with the exact products and colors you see in the pictures. Each fairing kit includes windscreen, tank cover, screw bots and extra heat shield, which are provided FOC. We also offer the small ABS trim plastics as you see in the photos.
